Terms of booking

1. Who we are

RideVN is a booking service operated by GG Services Limited (Hong Kong). We act as a booking agent: transport is performed by licensed Vietnamese contract-car operators (xe hợp đồng) and their drivers, whom we select. Each trip is run under the operator's transport contract, as Vietnamese law requires. We are responsible for the booking and for arranging a replacement if the assigned car cannot come.

2. Prices

Prices on the site are per vehicle, one way unless stated, in US dollars, and include the car, the driver, fuel, tolls and parking. Dong amounts are indicative at about 26,300 ₫ per US$. Entrance tickets, boats, cruises, cable cars, meals and accommodation are not included. There is no night, weekend or holiday surcharge on our side. The price is confirmed in writing (booking confirmation, WhatsApp or email) before the trip; that confirmation is the contract.

3. Payment

Pay 50% online to confirm, the rest in cash to the driver — or pay 100% online. Trips under $100 are paid in full online. Full refund if cancelled 24h+ before pickup (multi-day trips: 7+ days before the start). The cash part is paid to the driver in dong or US dollars.

4. Waiting

At airports waiting starts at the actual landing time; 60 minutes are free, then $10 per started 30 minutes. At other pickups 15 minutes are free. On transfers, stops of up to 30 minutes in total are included.

5. Cancellation by you

Transfers and day trips: free, with a full refund, up to 24 hours before pickup. Multi-day trips (2 days or more): free up to 7 days before the start. Later cancellations or no-shows: the online payment is kept; for bookings without online payment we may charge up to 50% of the price.

6. Changes outside our control

If roads are closed by the authorities, by landslides, storms or floods, or the driver judges a road unsafe, we take another route where possible; otherwise you choose a free new date or a refund of anything paid for the part not performed. We are not liable for flight delays or cancellations, but we move your booking free of charge if you tell us.

7. Luggage and passengers

Tell us the number of passengers and bags; we assign a vehicle that fits. Child seats are free on request. Smoking is not allowed in the cars. Seat belts must be worn where fitted.

8. Complaints

Write to us by email or WhatsApp within 7 days of the trip; we reply within 3 working days.
